I work out of my home as a math and science tutor, and I took up blogging to fill in time when I wasn't working other jobs or busy with my business. I love to write, and blogging seemed to be a great way to do some writing and publishing, and make a little extra money on the side. I got much more serious about making money blogging when I participated in the 2007 Thirty Day Challenge.

My motto is: "be the change that you wish to see in the world" by Mahatma Gandhi.

My two biggest goals are: 1) to become debt free and 2) to become financially independent. Blogging is helping me earn extra money more passively while I work my business and other part-time jobs. When all my debts are paid off and my online income is large enough to allow it, I'll start lowering my hourly fees for tutoring service. I hope to eventually give my time away as a public service to my community.
